Vampires were once human, but were turned by another vampire. They are the undead. Their structure is essentially the same. However, they are quicker faster and stronger. Vampires need to drink human blood in order to survive.
-Holy crosses and holy water do not affect vampires unless the person using the crosses and holy water acutally believe firmly in god.
-They can see themselves in mirrors
-They can eat other food, but it doesn't sustain them
-Sunlight does burn Vampires, but older, stronger vampires can wander out in heavy clothing
-Garlic doesn't affect vampires
-They don't need permission to enter a household
-They can move quickly, quickly enough that the human eye can't follow them
-supernatural strength
- Self healing
-Their spit can heal wounds...
-flight, in older, mor eexperienced vampires
